No, our 100 Point Home & Personal Needs Survey is performed to totally familiarize us with the details of your property, and all systems and features.
Does Lake Home Valet place house sitters in homes?
Never. Our clients do not want anyone living in their home. Our home watch visits assure the property is cared for without anyone living there.
Is LakeHomeValet a security service?
Not really. We provide for proactive interior and exterior examination of your entire property utilizing your 100 Point Home Survey details to discover problems and issues, before they become MAJOR problems. A security service does not provide this kind of service.
What does Lake Home Valet do when a storm occurs?
All three of our service plans include post-storm visits, at no additional cost. We evaluate your property, note any damage, mitigate conditions and systems to prevent further damage (if possible), and issue a Problem Discovery Notification to you. Then, we work with either your service provider, or Lake Home Valet’s Preferred Provider, and represent your interests.
What are Lake Home Valet’s terms?
Our services are on a monthly subscription basis, with no contract or long-term commitment. You have the flexibility to change service plans monthly, or seasonally. Invoices are served via email the third week of the month, and payment is due by the 1st of the month of service. No exceptions. Otherwise, your service is discontinued. We are a family-run small business and do not accept credit cards at this time. Pre-payment discounts are available for multiple-months of service, and neighborhood discounts are also available.
Is Lake Home Valet insured?
We are incorporated and licensed to do business in New York State, and are fully insured.
What does Lake Home Valet service cost?
Our service plans start at just $49 per month.
